1. What we collect. When you purchase, we collect your email address (for delivery), and payment metadata processed by Razorpay (we never see or store your card details).

2. How we use it. Your email is used solely to deliver the Google Drive access link, resend it on request, and answer support queries. We do not sell or rent your data.

3. Payment processing. All payments go through Razorpay under their own privacy terms.

4. Email delivery. Delivery and support emails are sent from info@matissee.com via our SMTP provider (Hostinger).

5. Cookies & analytics. The site uses minimal cookies required for basic functionality. If we add analytics in future we will update this notice.

6. Retention. We keep order/email records only as long as needed to provide support and meet legal obligations.

7. Your rights. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@matissee.com.

8. Security. We use industry-standard measures (TLS, secured SMTP, restricted Drive access) to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

9. Children. Matissee is not directed to children under 13.

10. Changes. We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
