Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. The Matissee Ultimate Laser Cut Bundle is a digital product delivered instantly via Google Drive. We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges once payment is completed.

1. No returns. Because the product is a downloadable file bundle that cannot be "returned" once access is granted, we operate a strict no-refund, no-return policy.

2. No cancellations. Orders cannot be cancelled after payment because delivery (Drive link + email) is immediate and automatic.

3. Delivery issues. If you did not receive the delivery email, first check spam/promotions, then use the "Resend Link" button on the success page, or write to info@matissee.com. We will re-send access at no cost — but this does not entitle you to a refund.

4. Compatibility. The bundle is tested with Glowforge, Lightburn, Xtool, Cricut and Silhouette. It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility with your specific machine and software before purchase. Incompatibility is not a ground for refund.

5. Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback for a delivered digital product may result in permanent revocation of your Drive access and could be disputed with the payment provider.

6. Duplicate orders. If you accidentally purchased twice with the same email, contact us within 48 hours and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
