Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement. By accessing matissee.com or purchasing the Ultimate Laser Cut Bundle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy the product.

2. The Product. Matissee sells a one-time digital download bundle of laser-ready design files (SVG, DXF, CDR, AI, EPS, PDF, PNG). Delivery is via a private Google Drive link sent to the email you provide at checkout.

3. License. Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for personal and commercial physical products (items you cut, engrave, or make). You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or upload the raw digital files anywhere.

4. Payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery. Access is delivered instantly by email after successful payment. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check spam/promotions or write to info@matissee.com.

6. Digital Nature — No Refunds. Because the product is a downloadable digital file bundle delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property. All designs, branding, and site content remain the property of Matissee or its licensors. Unauthorised redistribution is a violation of copyright law.

8. Acceptable Use. You will not use the files for unlawful, hateful, or infringing content, or to create products that misuse third-party trademarks.

9. Disclaimer. Files are provided "as is". While we test for compatibility with Glowforge, Lightburn, Xtool, Cricut and Silhouette, we do not guarantee results on every machine or software version.

10. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matissee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product.

11. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
